Award Winning Origins
Winners of Food Network’s reality show, Food Court Wars, Pimento offers authentic Jamaican street food using family recipes, chef-inspired techniques and fresh local ingredients, all prepared from scratch. Thanks to the faith and advice of the show’s producer, Chef Gordon Ramsey and host, Chef Tyler Florence, along with the overwhelming support of the community, Pimento won their very own food court restaurant, rent-free for a year. Now three years later, we’re proud to have grown from that former location in Burnsville, Minnesota, to now include a food truck, and our new flagship location on Eat Street (Nicollet Ave.), in Minneapolis.
